The best mediator is not always the most expensive one.
You should interview three mediators and feel which one is the best fit for you and your situation.
You should consider whether they can address your family’s needs, your financial issues, and whether they work with mental health professionals and financial experts as co-mediators. Also, you should find out how long they have been working in the field, and how many cases they have mediated. You may want to know how long, on average, the cases take. Ask them if they provide a free introductory session to help you understand more about the way the sessions are handled.
For a free introductory session, please feel free to contact my office, and I will be happy to address your questions and concerns.
